The Sigma Precious metal verifier is designed to test coins and bullion but generally not jewelry or scrap metals.
The Precious Metal Verifier Pro has been developed to greatly enhance the capabilities of the original PMV. It makes four separate measurements that ensure that the coin or bar contains valid metal. We now measure surface resistivity, and the resistivity all the way through the coin at the same time. No more worries about the depth of the buried metal. We measure the thickness of the metal, even for coins in plastic holders. Also, if the weight is entered, the density can be verified to be correct by measuring coin or bar dimensions directly on the instrument. In many cases we can do this even for coins in holders. With these additional checks, you will find greatly increased security using the Precious Metal Verifier Pro.
This unit also includes two additional testing wands for greater versatility, a Refiners wand that detects metal under the surface 1.5 times deeper than the current Bullion wand. This is for use with bars larger than 1kg. Also included is the Small wand that can test pieces as small as 8mm dia.

If you are not satisfied with the item(s) purchased from us, you may return your item(s) in original condition for a refund within 30 days of

after contacting us. No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 30-day period.
Items returned in unused, original condition, will be refunded in full. However,
restocking fees may apply
to discretionary returns or returns that arrive back not in the original conditions sent.
Returned merchandise must include all original packaging, along with included contents and accessories, bonus items, documents or paperwork, and Proof of Purchase in order for the full refund to be honored.
