I think the label is marked Manchester  J. Milom
Age Unknown - I cannot find another uniform with the same label - Size unknown so please go by measurements
The top is a heavy canvas like fabric - Just the top weighs just under 3 pounds - It is well constructed with reinforced seams
Measures approx. 24" across the shoulders, 26" across the armpits, 18" long sleeve, 34" long
Pants measure approx. 43" waist when drawstrings are not pulled, 24" inseam, 34" long
97" long Belt
I washed the uniform because it smelled like mothballs. It no longer smells but it does have some stains & dirty areas which may come out when soaked. I did not was the belt. I would say the uniform is in great vintage condition with no holes or rips
